Returns and Exchanges

At Fyounce, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our policy below.

Return and Exchange Scenarios

1. Seller's Responsibility (e.g., wrong item, quality issue):

If the return or exchange is due to an issue caused by us, such as wrong items sent or a product defect, and the item remains unused and meets our return criteria, the handling process is as follows:

  • For Returns:
    • Refund Amount: 100% of the amount paid (actual payment).
    • Return Shipping Fee: Covered by Fyounce.
  • For Exchanges:
    • Return Shipping Fee: Covered by Fyounce.
    • Reshipment Fee: Covered by Fyounce.

2. Buyer's Responsibility (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color chosen):

If the return or exchange is due to buyer reasons, such as changing your mind or selecting the wrong size/color, and the item is unused and meets our return criteria, the handling process is as follows:

  • For Returns:
    • Refund Amount: 100% of the amount paid (actual payment).
    • Return Shipping Fee: Covered by the buyer.
  • For Exchanges:
    • Return Shipping Fee: Covered by the buyer.
    • Reshipment Fee: Covered by the buyer.

Returnable Items

Items eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 15 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:

  1. Damaged or defective items received.
  2. Incorrect size or color items sent.
  3. Items that are unwashed, unworn, and unused and do not meet your expectations within 15 days of receiving them.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned include:

  1. Items outside the 15-day return window.
  2. Items that have been washed, worn, or used.
  3. Sale items, swimwear, lingerie, and earrings—these categories are not covered by the warranty.

Note: All returns must be authorized by the Fyounce team through our Support Center before sending back items.

Returns & Exchange Process

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email our customer service team at service@fyounce.com with your order number, product SKU/name, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Step 2: Follow Instructions

  • Our customer service representative will respond within 24 hours with the return/exchange instructions and the return address. Please follow the instructions carefully. We may request photos of the item as proof of return.

Step 3: Return Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days:
    • Refunds: You will receive your refund within 7–14 business days. If you paid by credit card, please allow 1–2 additional weeks for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your credit card company.
    • Exchanges: We will process the exchange order and notify you once the replacement item is shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to seller's responsibility, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to buyer's responsibility, the buyer must cover the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using the most affordable registered airmail option available.

Additional Information

  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Returns and exchanges without prior authorization will not be accepted.
